Low season: 11 January - 31 May, 26 September - 20 December
Mid season: 30 May - 27 June, 29 August - 26 September
High season: 27 June - 29 August
Rental includes all linens and utilities.
WiFi internet access included in the rental.
Heating, if required, to be paid by guests. |

Terms
- A deposit is required within one week of booking to confirm the reservation
- The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival
- Payment is to be made by bank transfer
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, arrival time is any time after 4:00 pm on the first day of the rental and departure is no later than 10:00 am on the last day of the rental
- Rentals are normally for a minimum of one week, starting and ending on a Saturday, however where possible guests' requirements will be met
- Rental includes utilities - water, electricity, gas - (although heating is an additional charge in low season), linen, bath and pool towels, weekly cleaning and linen change for stays of longer than one week
